sigma THERM^® FF - 201 Flushing Fluid exhibits exceptional solvency for the hydrocarbon structures found in most petroleum heat transfer oils either synthetic or mineral, organic heat transfer fluids. It's very high cleaning effect, high solvency power, low viscosity and pour point and superior thermal stability make sigma THERM^® FF - 201 Flushing Fluid ideal for use with heat transfer oils and other lubricants, particularly when they are thermally or oxidatively degraded. Its amazing Powerful Action provides through cleaning of entire system from carbon depositions. It also reduces viscosity of degraded thermic fluid so that removal of degraded oil is more efficient.

Dosage :

Use of sigma THERM^® FF - 201 Flushing Fluid at levels as low as 10-20% for 50 hours circulation can provide Powerful Action for proper flushing of the system.

Application :

• As a Flushing fluids while changing thermic fluid. After application of Flushing Fluid Mechanical cleaning is not required.
• Reduces viscosity - insures maximum removal of old thermic fluid from the system.
• Cleans entire heat transfer area. Flushing Fluid reaches to each and every corner of complex thermic Fluid system. Manually it is not possible to disassemble the entire system and to get it clean mechanically.

sigma THERM^® FF - 201 Flushing Fluid can be used in many industrial indirect heating and cooling processes where low viscosity and high solvency are important for heat transfer system

Pre-cleaning before change out or extending the useful life of the charge. It is particularly beneficial as a flushing fluid to system where thermally or oxidatively degraded hydrocarbon oligomeric sludge and deposits exist.

Cleaning pump filter screens and by-pass filters is usually required to catch particles already in the heat transfer system as well as any new materials that are slow to solubilize during the initial period of Powerful Action.

sigma THERM^® FF - 201 Flushing Fluid does not form any viscous or solid deposits that lead to fouling on heat exchanger surfaces or clogging of the heat transfer circuit. It is used to correct these types of problems.
